A future-obsessed artist who loves stories, conversations, and designing solutions.
I was in heaven the day I was diagnosed by Emilie Wapnick as a multipotentialite. As an actor, a writer, a designer, a filmmaker, a consultant, an entrepreneur and a lifelong student of countless subjects (except for chemistry and advanced math), it was hard to contain and explain my forever-expanding curiosity and craving to explore people, places, concepts and solutions. Now, I embrace it, and put it to use. My name is Carley Marcelle Madi. To shorten, I go by Carley MM. I like to explore, reflect and create. You can usually find me (at least these days) somewhere at the intersection of the arts and entertainment, psychology, business design, and marketing. I study and think a lot about how we can create a better tomorrow today as individuals and societies. And I truly believe in the power of art and business to drive empathy, change and innovation.
Thanks for visiting! You can view my full working history below or my specific bios in each section: artist, speaker, and strategist.

3D Results LLC, Marketing Manager
3D Results LLC is an HR consulting firm that focuses on SuccessFactors technology implementation services. As marketing manager for an organization that went from 13 employees to 50 over the course of two years, my job was to help the company to clarify it's position in the market, thought leadership platform and communicate that position through a professional web presence and sales collateral. As a small company that was scaling rapidly, this also involved involved collaborating with other department heads to establish basic systems of operations and workflows.
3D Results LLC, Change Management Consultant
As a Change Management Consultant in the HR tech space, I assisted senior consultants in designing our change management offerings, developing assets, facilitating workshops, and working closely with our clients (many of whom were Fortune 500 companies) to ensure successful adoption of the technology.

Sandstorm Design is a top tier web design and marketing agency in Chicago that places a strong emphasis on usability research in their work. I assisted with RFPs, market research and creating marketing strategies. I also coordinated and recruited their first official internship program.
Freelance Marketing Assistant
I worked as a marketing assistant for several small companies in the healthcare and consulting industries. I created video tutorials, designed sales collateral, worked on market research, and anything else they needed help with.
I include this because I'm proud of my receptionist days. I was a receptionist for five hair salons in total over the years, one of which was a celebrity high end boutique shop. I learned how to stay organized and great customer service. But mostly, this was the first time I was exposed to every aspect of how a small business worked.
