As an Artist.

Actor. Writer. DIRECTOR.

I've been singing, dancing and touring as a professional performer from the age of eleven. On screen, I've worked on numerous features, shorts and new media with exciting talent like Joe Mantenga, Kimberley Crossman (Young & Hungry) and Zachary Sherman (90210). On stage, I've had the opportunity to play rich roles such as Cleopatra in Shakespeare’s Antony and Cleopatra in London, Lupe from new plays like Eccentric (LAWeekly’s go-to pick with a call out to my sharp performance), and Chrissy from the classic In the Boom Boom Room. I’ve been fortunate to have my “sharp acting” called out by the LAWeekly, selected to perform original work at the Gallatin Arts Festival in New York and Duly Noted in Chicago. My original experimental film selected by high caliber festivals such as the Aesthetica Short Film Festival in the UK.

I like to dive deep, deep into the wild of human experience and potential. Then I create things. All kinds of things...

laweekly review

RipRap Entertainment, Los Angeles

"Hemmings’ script is infused with biting wit, amplified by the leads’ satirically over-the-top performances, as well as sharp acting from the other women (Shirley Brener and Carley Marcelle)... resulting in a hilarious evening that makes one feel a bit dirty for having enjoyed it."
